Exact location (inside the Conrad Manila) and the contact person in charge of badge distribution will be provided later. Journalists are not allowed to participate (no questions will be allowed) during the actual proceedings. Journalists can interview officials and experts in attendance only during breaks and must do so outside of the ballroom.

Yes. However, please make sure you coordinate with the hotel (on your own) in advance if you are bringing equipment such as big cameras, boom mics, and LED lights, among others. The convenors will not be able to assist in coordinating logistics for media coverage.

Please direct all interview and statement requests to event@wps-ph.org and michal@maritimeindex.org.

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
