ATTY. FRETTI GANCHOON

Atty. Fretti Ganchoon is a Senior State Counsel at the Department of Justice (DOJ). She heads the Legal Staff – Maritime Group. She is also the DOJ’s alternate permanent representative to the National Task Force for the West Philippine Sea (NTF-WPS) and the National Maritime Council (NMC).
