KATRINA GUERRERO

At the Stratbase Institute, Kat currently heads the defense and security program. She monitors global security and political developments, particularly in the Indo-Pacific which might affect the Philippines’ domestic and international affairs. At the Stratbase Group, she concurrently tracks developments in the domains of information and communications technology (ICT), energy, and infrastructure.
