MARTIN CALIGDONG

John Martin S. Caligdong, EnP, is a licensed Environmental Planner and Marine Biologist. He currently serves as the Information Technology Officer I for the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development. In this role, he manages spatial information for the southern municipalities of the Province of Palawan and performs technical tasks related to coastal and marine activities, including marine resource assessments and damage assessments. He is also responsible for generating the ECAN Zones map and the ECAN Zoning Certificate for the southern municipalities of Palawan.
