SERGE LLOYD MORALLO

Serge Lloyd Fresnillo-Morallo is an early-career marine biologist dedicated to the conservation and sustainable management of coastal and marine ecosystems. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, major in Marine Biology, from Palawan State University, where he developed a solid foundation in marine science, ecology, and environmental monitoring.
